Engagement Session in NYC

Danielle and Sean live in NYC and I couldn’t think of a better place to do their engagement session.  We happily walked the very busy High Line at the Meat Packing District on a sunny Saturday afternoon before they headed to MA. I am looking forward to their wedding in Providence on August 9th!  Here is some of my favorites…..

A quick image I love from Saturday’s wedding in Newport, driving away from the church.  I will post a sneak peek soon. Awesome couple!

Meet Lisa Barsumian

I met Lisa shooting an assignment for SO magazine, I was thrilled when she invited me back to take pictures of her exhibition. Her work is beautiful, there is a simplicity to it that I love.  She divides her time between Paris and Jamestown so I hope to meet her again this time at her Art studio in Paris.
You can see more of her work on her website http://lisabarsumian.com/ and at the exhibition at the Jamestown Art Center http://jamestownartcenter.org/

Mary Ellen & Vincent: Wedding with Urban Feel

Mary Ellen and Vincent celebrated their wedding on March 1st in Providence.  We started at the Biltmore for some getting ready shots and portraits. Despite the cold we managed to go outside for some more pictures. They were married at the atrium of the Peerless Building, a very nice open gallery space . Afterwards everyone went to Gracie’s for an awesome dinner and a fun reception.  Here is a selection of some of the highlights of their day. Big thanks to Brian Lima for  some great shots.

Natalia & Pezhman

Few weeks ago I got to be a part of this lovely intimate wedding, I was there for 2 hours and loved every minute of it! Brown University was the perfect place to walk around with them.  I love the vintage feel to these pictures!

Newport Engagement Session

I love Newport this time of the year, it’s very quiet and the scenery is breathtaking. I had a great Winter morning hanging out with Paige and Andrew, it was quite cold and windy though.  They are such a cute couple,  so down to earth and easy to talk to, I love that.  Here is a little sneak peek of their session.
