Urban Wedding: Danielle + Sean in Providence

Such a sweet and fun couple, I love that they met while doing some volunteer work in Jamaica!  Providence is an awesome city to shoot a wedding, the architecture and vintage look of some of the buildings make for  unique backgrounds.   We had a blast walking through downtown  to get to the venue Hotel Providence, a great place for a wedding! Big thanks to Brian Lima for some great shots.  Here is a sneak peek of some of my favorites.

Meet Lisa Barsumian

I met Lisa shooting an assignment for SO magazine, I was thrilled when she invited me back to take pictures of her exhibition. Her work is beautiful, there is a simplicity to it that I love.  She divides her time between Paris and Jamestown so I hope to meet her again this time at her Art studio in Paris.
You can see more of her work on her website http://lisabarsumian.com/ and at the exhibition at the Jamestown Art Center http://jamestownartcenter.org/

Mary Ellen & Vincent: Wedding with Urban Feel

Mary Ellen and Vincent celebrated their wedding on March 1st in Providence.  We started at the Biltmore for some getting ready shots and portraits. Despite the cold we managed to go outside for some more pictures. They were married at the atrium of the Peerless Building, a very nice open gallery space . Afterwards everyone went to Gracie’s for an awesome dinner and a fun reception.  Here is a selection of some of the highlights of their day. Big thanks to Brian Lima for  some great shots.
